$10,000 Referral Fee

Referral Fee Policy:

Shelton & Steele is happy to pay $10,000.00 referral fees for successfully placed Partners and $5,000.00 referral fees for successfully placed Associates under the following conditions:
1. S&S must receive payment in full, as per terms contracted with client, for the placement of the attorney referred.
2. Should there be a guarantee period on placement of referred candidate, referral fee shall be paid in installments coinciding with guarantee e.g. if there is a three month guarantee, the referral bonus shall be paid in three monthly installments of $3,333.33, a five month guarantee would result in month payments of $2,000.00 etc...
3. Referred candidate cannot have been engaged in recruitment discussions or e-mails with S&S, within the six months previous to the referral.
